|Day 1.||Arrival in Yerevan. Transfer to the hotel. City tour in Yerevan: visit to National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet, Cascade, Swan Lake, Northern Avenue, Institute of ancient manuscripts – Matenadaran. Overnight in Yerevan.|
|Day 2.||Breakfast. Departure to Zvartnots. Zvartnots Cathedral (celestial angels) is a 7th-century Armenian cathedral, that is situated near Yerevan and Vaghashapat (Etchmiadzin). The cathedral was built under the guidance of Catholicos Nerses III, who wanted to transfer the patriarchal place from Dvin to Vagharshapat. Zvartnots remained standing until the end of the 10th century. The ruins of Zvartnots was added to the UNESCO World Heritage list in 2000. Departure to
Etchmiadzin. The Etchmiadzin cathedral is the mother church of the Armenian Apostolic Church and the catholicosate since 1441. The cathedral is situated in Vagharshapat, in Armavir province. Along with medieval churches located nearby – the churches of St. Hripsime and St. Gayane – the cathedral was listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2000. Return to Yerevan. Overnight in Yerevan.
|Day 3.||Breakfast. Departure to Geghard. The monastery of Geghard (4th century) is a unique architectural construction being partially carved out of the adjacent mountain, surrounded by cliffs. It is included in UNESCO World Heritage list. Degustation of traditional gata. Visit to Garni pagan temple founded in the first century by the king Trdat. 24 columns has symbolized 24 hours of a day. Temple is dedicated to the god of sun Mithra which is the only preserved building of the Armenian Hellenistic architecture. Return to Yerevan. Free time. Overnight in Yerevan.|
|Day 4.||Breakfast. Departure to Sevan Lake. Visit to Sevanavanq monastery complex. It was founded in 874. Departure to Dilijan. Visit to monastery Haghartsin, that was built in the 10-13th centuries. Return to Yerevan. Overnight in Yerevan.|
|Day 5.||Free day in Yerevan.|
|Day 6.||Breakfast. Departure to Khor Virap monastery. A beautiful view to Mount Ararat is opened from the territory of the monastery. Visit to Noravank monastery (13th century). In the 13-14th centuries the monastery became the residence of Syunik’s bishops. Here is situated the unique and the only representation of God the Father in Armenia. The stones of Noravank change their colors depending on the daytime. Departure to Tatev monastery by ropeway, which is included in the Guinness Book of Records as the longest ropeway in the world. Return to Yerevan. Overnight in Yerevan.|
|Day 7.||Breakfast. Departure to Tsaghkadzor. Visit of monastery Kecharis in Tsaghkadzor. The monastery complex was founded in the 11-13th centuries. It consists of 4 churches and 2 chapels, one of which has been served as the burial vault of the Armenian prince, linguist, scholar and founder of the monastery, Grigor Pahlavuni. Free time in Tsaghkadzor. Return to Yerevan. Overnight in Yerevan.|
